working on a building...

I have found a building. I am working on getting some estimates for some repairs. You would think that contractors would take all the work they can get. So far, it seems they have plenty of money! Same with some realtors!

I also plan to start getting licenses and confusing business stuff like that. I just wanna bake cupcakes. Is that too much to ask?

$50 yearly:  2 dozen cupcakes on your birthday and free coffee fridays

$100 yearly: a dozen cupcakes a month

$500 yearly: free coffee daily and a dozen cupcakes a month
